Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the District Board, Carmel Area Wastewater District at the District office, 3945 Rio Road, Carmel, CA 93923 until

10:00 AM, Thursday, March 20, 2025

The results of the bidding will be reported to the District Board within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening at which time if bids are found to be acceptable by the District Board, written notice of award will be given to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. However, said District Board reserves its right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities of any bids or to re-advertise for all or any part of the work contemplated. No bidder shall withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the date set by the Board for the opening thereof.

Specifications and proposal forms may be secured at no charge by emailing the District's Principal Engineer at bandy@cawd.org and requesting the documents.
